The current caregiver is very good, but there shouldn't exist such a significant drop off in the quality of service. It should be more than consistent. The reason I rate them lower is because there seems to be a wide fluctuation in the quality of the caregivers they send. The one that I have now is proficient, but there is a significant drop off in some of the other ones I accept had.

The scheduling and support is outstanding. I had a couple caregivers that I wasn't happy with, and the scheduling people switched them out immediately.
